Thank you for booking with Places 2 Travel! Please review these key policies:

- Agency Fee: A $50 non-refundable service fee per reservation applies.

- Payments: Full payment/deposits are due as required by travel suppliers.

- Cancellations/Changes: All changes are subject to supplier policies; the Agency Fee is always non-refundable.

- Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended to protect your investment.

- Client Responsibility: Valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations) are the client’s responsibility.

Places 2 Travel – Terms & Conditions



1. Role of the Agency

Places 2 Travel ('the Agency') operates as an independent travel advisor, assisting clients with planning and booking travel arrangements. The Agency does not own, operate, or control any travel suppliers and acts solely as an intermediary between clients and suppliers.

2. Agency Service Fee

A non-refundable Agency Service Fee of $50 per reservation applies to all bookings. This fee covers the time, expertise, and administrative work required to plan, research, and secure your travel arrangements. It is separate from and in addition to all supplier charges.

3. Supplier Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing the service (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators). Clients must review and agree to these policies. The Agency is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or issues arising from suppliers.

4. Payment Authorization

By providing payment details, the client authorizes the Agency to process payment for both supplier costs and the Agency Service Fee. All deposits and final payments must meet supplier requirements to confirm bookings.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Client-initiated changes or cancellations are subject to supplier penalties and policies. The $50 Agency Service Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Travel Insurance

The Agency strongly recommends travel insurance. Declining insurance means the client assumes full responsibility for any loss, cancellation, or emergency expense.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring valid travel documentation (passport, visas, vaccinations). The Agency is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Agency is not responsible for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers, government actions, natural disasters, or any events beyond its control.

9. Acceptance of Terms By confirming a booking with Places 2 Travel, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
